Spaghetti with Shrimp Sauce

Spaghetti is my 15-month-old twins' favorite menu which is good because recently I had no idea what to cook as they start to be picky eaters. This menu is very easy to make and I dedicate this menu for Presto Pasta Nights #269 hosted by briciole. Bon appetite.

Spaghetti with Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients:
250 gr spaghetti
1 cup frozen shrimp, washed and defrosted
3 tomatoes
4 gloves of garlic, chopped
Half portion of onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Directions:
1. Boil the spaghetti for 8-10 minutes. Put aside.
2. Mash the tomatoes with blender.
3. Heat up olive oil and stir-fry garlic and onion. When the fragrance comes out, pour in the mashed tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add the shrimp. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
5. Prepare the spaghetti on a plate, pour in the sauce. If you want, you can sprinkle some cheese, too.
6. Ready to serve.
