Repost: Yorkshire Pudding

We had this easy yummy Yorkshire Pudding for breakfast on Monday. İ had no idea that it was actually very easy to make and it tasted great, too. İ mean the liquid looks exactly like pancake but the end result is so much better than pancake. So İ decided to have it for another morning. This time İ added some cheese but was not softened enough and also İ needed to add a bit of salt. Now İ wonder if İ can make it sweet...  Neyse, afiyet olsun ^^!

The Yorkshire Pudding didn't pop too much.
Probably because of the cheese or the oil. It should be hot to make it pop.
But still nom nom nom!

Yorkshire Pudding (versi Indonesia)

(As seen on simplydelish)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg
Salt to taste
Oil

Direction:
1. Preheat oven 200 deg C.
2. Prepare your muffin pan and fill each cup with 1 teaspoon of oil. Heat it in the oven.
3. Mix egg, milk and flour together until they are all smooth just like when you make pancake. Add salt to your taste.
4. Take out the muffin pan (make sure the oil is hot because it is the hot oil that makes the pudding pops) and fill with the batter (just 3/4 full).
5. Bake until the Yorkshire Pudding rise and brown (about 25--30 minutes).

Note:
This recipe made 6 pieces of Yorkshire Pudding. You can always double the recipe if you want more.
