Repost: Milkless Pancakes
Today we ran out of bread. The easiest way to have bread was to make this pancakes. Serve them with white cheese or your favorite jams. Yummm. A perfect breakfast!
Milkless Pancakes (Versi Indonesia)

Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
2 tbs of sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
2 tsp of baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 cup of water
1 tbs of oil
Directions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients.
2. Combine the egg, water and oil. Dump it to the dry ingredients. Stir well until there is no lump in the batter.
3. Heat the pan and pour some of the batter according to your taste.
4. Let it cook until bubble appears and turn it upside down until golden brown.
5. Ready to serve.
