This dish is called Bakso in my home country. Originally we use beef for
the meatballs and bee hon (rice noodle) or yellow noodle to go along. We also add spicy sambal (chili sauce) and it makes the dish so delicious.

As I can not find bee hon and yellow noodle to go along with bakso (meatballs) so I use spaghetti and it is just as yummy.
Spaghetti with Chicken Meatballs
STEP 1: CHİCKEN MEATBALLS
İngredients:
1 or 1/2 ground chicken breast
1 tbsp of corn starch (just to make the dough come together)
Chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients and make balls. If the dough is too sticky, wet your hand with water.
2. Boil some water and put the meatballs one by one into the boiling water.
3. When they come up to the surface, take them out. Put aside.
Notes: I usually prepare the meatballs on different day and stock them in fridge.
STEP 2: THE NOODLE
İngredients:
1 pack of spaghetti
Directions:
1. Boil the spaghetti according to the manual in the package.
2. Put aside.
STEP 3: THE SOUP
I usually boil some chicken wings or any part of the chicken and I have chicken stock ready. After that, add some garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Or, I would boil the ready meatballs once again and add garlic, salt and pepper. The soup is ready.
STEP 4: PREPARATİON
1. Prepare the spaghetti in a bowl.
2. Pour in the soup and the meatballs.
3. Add some chopped parsley and chili sauce.
4. Ready to serve.
